Book a VIP room and have no queue or waiting! Means you'll have a minimum spend and can pre-order some items first, but with a decent sized group, it should be fine :)

Hot Star is a Taiwanese franchise, that use local chickens, butterflied, crumbed and seasoned. Unfortunately Te quality of chickens in HK isn't so great, so it carries through. Better to try in Taiwan

Michelin star and recommendation, but to be honest, didn't find it to be anything special. Busy, and queues, and expensive compared to other HK food.
Luxury, high-end shopping mall with MTR and bus access. Not overly crowded like other places, and for families, you can borrow a pram for young kids.
The fastest way to Disneyland is actually walking. Less than a km and bypass most of the traffic. Would recommend unless you have luggage or carrying toddlers.

Froyo has never been this good. From Hong Kong Pastry Chef Tony Wong who decided to do it a little differently, incorporating chocolates, fruits, pastries, and sauces, that often resemble parfaits.

We went up midweek for a quieter day. Not much of a queue to go up (early afternoon), but the queue to come down was decent. Probably worth it to get the crystal cabin for the way down.
A popular HK tourist attraction, Tian Tan Buddha is a large bronze statue of Buddha Shakyamuni. There's a short climb up, should be ok for most - my 3yo managed fine ;) The scenic views are worth it!

A simple dish, done really well. This family owned restaurant has been making these shrimp roe noodles since 1956, and I’m sure they’re just as good as when they first started.
Good trail for beginners, which is relatively flat. The main part is relatively uncovered, so make sure you have enough water and sunscreen on a hot day.

Pretty good hike for beginners, and easy to access. Jump on the 9 bus from Shau Kei Wan Bus Terminus to To Tei Wan on Shek O Road. At Big Wave Bay, you can take the same bus back Shau Kei Wan.
