Plan to start your reso for sunset on the rooftop. Service is exquisite and food was amazing. Cherrywood smoked salmon was my fav. We also split a (very generous) wine pairing.
Outstanding two Michelin star restaurant that is only getting better in time. Start out with a shareable platter, then finish with an assortment of dishes. Their Somm did a great job pairing wine too.
Phenomenal food and service. It takes 3 hours to eat dinner, but it is so well paced that you don’t notice the time. Non-wine pairing was good. We also added some glasses of wine.
Tip / gratuity is no longer included in the total. We had to compute tip without the receipt / subtotal, so we guessed. Not the most pleasant way to end an amazing experience.
Didn’t live up to expectations. Food trying too hard to be Japanese (but failing), robot-like waiters. Way below Manresa (***) or Harbor House (*) for me.
