Go for the view (right on the harbor with a view of the bay) but stay for the food and bar scene. This place awesome!!!

Killer sunsets, cold drinks, and the tacos are awesome. Oh yeah, and the crab tostadas - more than you'd expect.

Come early if you want a table for dinner. They don't take reservations and fill up fast.
