If you're a fan of photography go to Foam! It was a good sized museum with 3 exhibitions when I was there but could be done in just a few hours. Not too crowded and has coat check/free lockers
Small museum about life on hausboat. Its literally in hausboat so look into channel and you can't miss it! It worth it!

One of the best Chinese restaurants in the city with a nice ambiance and decor. They have a tasteful selection of authentic Asian dishes.
Cannot be compared with the authentic pita-gyros in Greece, but it is still a very decent choice and perhaps the best one in Amsterdam
