Want to confirm that they DO take credit cards now using Square. This is my favorite espresso place in Syracuse definitely recommend it.
My favorite place in Syracuse - I always make sure to stop in and get their coffee whenever I'm in town. So many delicious drinks and so so so many good vegan options. Tasty vegan baked goods too!
Best coffee around! Is a little hidden, but is a great find. Plenty of varieties of coffee to try like the York or Nutella coffee.
Cori CarlAğustos 24, 2017Cute spot with wifi, plugs, bike parking, and a good menu. The only drawback is the serious echo, making it one of the loudest coffee shops I've encountered.
Lots of vegan baked goods, and a surprisingly delicious and filling Tofurky sandwich with veganaise, avocado and mustard. Very nice place to chill if you are in Westcott.
The hot chocolates are absolutely amazing here! For a warm day, get the cold brewed coffee and a cookie (all the pastries are vegan, too!)

Excellent place to cosy up with a book and a hot cuppa coffee. Especially love their specialty lattes- Most drinks here are perfect. Especially loved the homemade chai and !eggnog latte... Best coffee in Syracuse
Great place to hang out! Then, bring a bag of freshly roasted, organic, free trade coffee beans home...Westcott Blend is awesome!

You get excellent hot chocolate! My recommendation is york style hot chocolate with extra mocha!

iSchoolSUNisan 16, 2013At night, this place is hoppin'! Head over in the early evening to snag a table and some caffeine and settle in to get some work done for a few hours.- You can sit here all day. Also, there's sometimes no place to sit – because other people can sit here all day.

Great atmosphere, and the iced rolo latte is incredible
- Tofurky sandwiches with veganaise pretty much sums it all up. A nice affordable place to sit though.
In the summertime, the porch here is my favorite place to read & work

Recess is a business that's passionate about providing a unique experience to everyone that steps through our door or buys our products at grocery stores or restaurants. We roast our own organically grown and fairly traded coffee and we bake all of our baked goods (primarily vegan) from scratch
