Kayla BlilerTemmuz 16, 2014It nice to run at, but my home club (reading fairgrounds) is way nicer. I'm too spoiled by my home club to really think this ones awesome, but when I'm working out in Allentown it gets the job done.

The first monday night of each month us crowded because of people showing up for free pizza. Come early or after 8pm if you want a quick workout.
Misti BodyMediaŞubat 23, 2013Bring a buddy it makes it fun, and don't believe the average usage charts they show you. There are many more people there.
Don't sell yourself short by running on a zero incline on treadmill. Set it to at least 1.0 to simulate outdoor running on a flat road :)
Wash your hands thoroughly and always lock your locker.
