Staff and docs are very nice. Ignore comments about the wait, it all depends on if you arrive during peak times/days or not.

If there are no parking spaces in the parking lot go down the street to the ER or the patient first my 64w. You will have a 2 hr + wait if you don't.

Had to wait an hour and thirty minutes for a doctors note. Dr. Murphy was nice and quick an got us out fast

Didn't have to wait long and the people were quite helpful and friendly. Though the layout did throw me off a bit.

Dr Murphy is the best. Don't get Headly she has an attitude and don't seem to take her job seriously.

Not much I can say but that it's a long wait red headed nurse is super nice though made my wait not so excruciating but they def take their sweet time here only a few patients here def not busy

Get ready to be treated like a second class citizen if you don't have insurance.

This is the worst Patient First in Richmond. Long waits, unnecessary lab work to increase your bill, and horrifyingly bad patient care.

Be prepared to wait forever. I have been here 45 minutes waiting for a simple referral
