The chopped salad gives me life. Lettuce with diced chicken breast, ditalini pasta, bacon, diced tomatoes, gorgonzola cheese, and green onion, tossed with the House dressing.

Texas-style BBQ joint where you grab your food (meat first) + plasticware, find a seat at shared tables, and bus your tray. Pork belly is fatty and salty, but I was feeling it. Corn side is good.
Make yourself sick with free samples. Not sure if it’s worth it but I do it every time.
Happy hour weekdays 3-6pm is $1 off well drinks, draught beer, house wine, and appetizers. Blackened salmon tacos are so good I ordered them twice.
Happy hour Monday to Thursday 4:30-6:30pm includes half off burgers, $8 old fashioneds, and $6 sparkling wine. The three course prix fixe on Tuesdays for $35 makes for a great date night too.
Worth a quick stop. Lake Mead is a man-made lake that lies on the Colorado River, in both Nevada and Arizona. It is the largest reservoir in the United States in terms of water capacity.
Decent salads. And, if you don’t like something (croutons), they’ll replace it at no charge with something you do (egg).
