You gotta remember to save some of that broth to eat with your donburi! Must get one to share at the table.

Tobias SchmidtHaziran 18, 2017Their signature Tokushima ramen was pretty disappointing. Nothing exciting about the broth, the chashu was mostly fatty and not at all tender and the raw egg is a pretty weird idea
Add minced garlic to your ramen! They leave a small container of it + tiny spoon on every table.
