Must-visit Food in Los Gatos

Mary Pope-Handy: Happy hour is a good deal!

Mary Pope-Handy: Great for lunch or dinner, but not so much for breakfast. Live music some evenings. Fantastic wine selection. Easy parking.

Mary Pope-Handy: Getting a seat can sometimes be tricky, but parking is easy in back, the food and drinks are good and it's a wonderful place to do people watching.

Mary Pope-Handy: Absolutely awesome burgers (and about 30 flavors of milkshakes). Inelegant, inexpensive, but good.

Mary Pope-Handy: Recently changed owners. The former Chinese Chicken Salad is still offered - a classic. Prices went up with the remodeling. Overall, still a good value (especially at lunch).

Mary Pope-Handy: In addition to great coffee, they now have crepes too. Yum! (Parking is a pain, though - be prepared to walk a block to get there.)

Mary Pope-Handy: Fabulous gelato - this place often is rated "best place to get dessert" in Los Gatos. (Also good for morning coffee and a little breakfast of a muffin, scone etc.)

Mary Pope-Handy: Great coffee, easy parking. Located in the King's Court Shopping Center at LG Blvd and Blossom Hill Road. This store is on the side closest to The Terraces.

Mary Pope-Handy: Best for breakfast,esp if you can eat the blueberry coffee cake. Lunch is not bad - good salad bar.

Mary Pope-Handy: Great Indian food. Order at the counter and they bring the food to you. Simple place, not fancy. Priced a little on the low side but not inexpensive per se.

Mary Pope-Handy: Exceptionally good food. Good service. A little pricey. When full, the acoustics are not good - too noisy. Just go before the crowd and it's fine.

Mary Pope-Handy: Wonderful store, super helpful people. Buy milk or dark chocolate versions of Leo & Leona (the cats) for your visitors to Los Gatos. In King's Court Shopping Center. Must go-to place!

Mary Pope-Handy: Good for take out but don't eat there. No heat in winter, ambiance terrible.

Mary Pope-Handy: Unfortunately, no sugar free menu items here (most dessert places and choc shops have at least one or two items for diabetics or those who don't do well with sugar). Great peppermint ice cream.

Mary Pope-Handy: Good for catering, big salads, great sandwiches.
