Serious EatsNisan 23, 2013Toppings Bar: Not all of the salads and sauces are vegan, but plenty of them are: carrots, cabbage, broccoli, pickles, and tabouleh. That's plenty you can stuff in a pita, with or without falafel.

Their garlic sauce is like crack. Please make sure you have gum on hand for afterwards. Your friends will thank you!
