Awesome neighborhood gym. They don't rip you off, doesn't feel intimidating, everyone is chill just doing their thing. Also Hannah's yoga classes are super cool - a great cross-training tool
Great gym with lots of classes included with membership.
Open almost 24/7 which is great and the people are generally really friendly but it's almost always PACKED. There's enough cardio equipment but definitely not enough strength training for everyone.
On the weekends, it's pretty empty between 9am - 11 am. Get in, get out, a great way to start your day.

Ebonny will work you to near-death. She's an excellent instructor. Well, to be fair, all instructors at Ludlow Fitness are first-rate!
Quite possibly one of my favorite places in NYC. Fun and friendly staff, clean, neighborhood feel. What's not to love.

Arguably the best gym in the city if you are just looking for a solid, clean gym with no frills and nice staff. Kudos Mason!!
No frills gym that has everything you need. Free fruit at the desk on your way out!
Eddie will get you into shape quickly! Yoga on Thursday morning w/ Sara is therapeutic too. :)
Open at 8am on Saturday and Sunday for those early morning weekend warriors.
Tim is the bomb and not bad on the eyes as well. :) xtra gym motivation

It can work out cheaper to pay an enrollment fee and pay $49 a month rather than take out a 3 month membership!Free apples!

State-of-the-art equipment, fresh towels, fresh apples, and reasonable rates. No complaints here :-)- Come check out the new Insanity Class Sat 10:30 am CRAZY WORKOUT!
Contrary to popular belief the apples are not poisonous. They're delicious.:-) !
