    Have had 4 surgeries done here n dr kugengel n gastaldo are excellent. Been my drs since late 80's. The sitting waiting long periods gets old n 2 hrs at times if in pain or post op

    I was told with that many levels having problems I couldn't have anymore surgery. 10 years later I am having more problem. I find out that I only have 2 levels with problems. .

    Then I had a discogram where that doctor as well thought nothing was wrong with me. After the tests they had to eat their words and drop the attitude. They found 5 lumbar levels having problems.

    I had surgery then was forced back to work before I even healed. 1st day back to work I was fired. The whole system is filled with arrogance, attitude and outright misjudgments.

    I was also told I have a fracture then I was told I didn't. I don't know what is going on but to have so many different diagnosis is just too much to figure out

    During my first visit I was asked why I am messing on myself. I never said that. Turned out he had the wrong file on me. Then I was told there is nothing surgically wrong with me.

    Dr. Ton-That is awesome and makes EMG testing almost painless.

    They are subpar on documentation resulting in insurance denials for surgery. The administrative staff do not like informed patients and do not take you seriously. Don't trust them with FMLA papers.
