Everything is great, but if your really wanting to raise your risk for diabetes, get a grilled cheese with the fried cheese in between.
The hash is amazing. Doesn't look like all that much when it comes out, but it's crisp and tasty. Get the biscuits with it, they're huuuuge and pillowy and come with an ocean of gravy.
I go to watch the drunk cowboys at 2 in the morning. The corned beef hash is tasty, too.
