Kaiser Permanente Woodland Hills Medical Center

Been here for years and have experienced both the best and worst in medical care. But the majority of the staff and doctors are awesome, caring, and friendly so just find the right one.

In Entrance 5, there's occasionally someone who comes in and plays the grand piano in the lobby. Pretty cool when you're stuck waiting for a family member. There's also a sub-par coffee cart outside.

Not sure why Kaiser gets a bad rap. I joined at the suggestion of several friends. OB/GYN is thorough, runs on time & is on top of things. Parking is slightly far but there's a shuttle if needed.

They have a bunch of "compact" parking spaces, and huge SUVs parked in every 2 of them.

I remember when WH Kaiser's outdoor parking lot was much bigger with more space to park.

Most interesting pharmacy I've been to. People in line here always befriend each other and get into these conversations. Never fails!
