Jon Darveau: Awesome wines, especially and obviously the Zinfandels. On weekends you can try the reserve Zins, very much worth it

Jon Darveau: Pistachio gelato is on point!

Jon Darveau: Had the flight of beers here and not a dud in the bunch, highly recommend it if you need a break from the Zinfandels

Jon Darveau: Fun cocktail list selection of which all are very good. Gets very popular for a good reason
7. Capitol Park
Jon Darveau: Very nice park full of monuments and flower gardens. Nice place to take a stroll in the early evening

Jon Darveau: This place is incredible, honestly one of best restaurants in the country. The steak is out of this world.

Jon Darveau: Kitschy and fun old saloon in Old Sac. Take a seat at the end of the bar near Ol Dusty and share his whiskey

Jon Darveau: Often have very nice prix frie specials that are very much worth it. Old school fancy in here.

Jon Darveau: Very friendly owner and very good soups. Get the marinated beef pho for a real treat.

Jon Darveau: Not a lot to do in the neighborhood around hotel, but nice facilities and spacious rooms

Jon Darveau: Super friendly couple who own the place and really good food as well. This is a great, cheap option!

Jon Darveau: This place is great! The Central Meatloaf is an amazing twist on an American staple, everything was great though, can't go wrong.

Jon Darveau: Decent place to watch hockey. Not much around outside the arena however makes it a bit boring if you get there early

Jon Darveau: Get here in Spring and hike the Bluebell trail to see fields of wild Bluebells
17. Manassas National Battlefield Park
Jon Darveau: The tour of the first battle battlefield is small and if you pair this with the second battle tour you really see how the war escalated over the years

Jon Darveau: It will take all day to properly do this, but once you have you will have an amazing understanding of this battle and of its importance
