the truffle donabe with hanger steak was well balanced. The king crab noodle was creamy and aromatic.
An interesting experience. Take note that the wagyu selection is abundant and pretty heavy/fatty. Would recommend getting a bottle of dry sake to compliment and one-two side dishes
The massaman noodles were phenomenal! Pork jowl skewer was a nice add on! I also had the Dill Collisions as a drink. I would go again!
