Excelente resort! La plaxa espectacular con muchas olas! (Aunque están haciendo un rompe olas parq calmarla :() La mejor piscina es la Eden Pool. El mejor restaurante El Gallo y Zen para el tepanyaki

Excelente lugar la atención y el servicio increíbles. para tener en cuenta si son friolentos traer un saco el área con A.C es helado, sobre todo con ropa de verano. Hacen falta baños por la piscina

Lo adoro!! Regresaré seguramente... Desde la suite, hasta la comida, todo fantastico! Sobre todo la cena de fin de año!! Maravilloso.. Lo único malo es el servicio algo lento, pero no importa!! 👍

My husband & I stayed here for our honeymoon, double jacuzzi in the room, all inclusive food & drinks, free room service, beach towels, day & night entertainment, 11 pools, Caribbean beach ❤️

I like this place a lot. 2nd trip. I'm a big guy and it's like a cruise only with a lot of space and few lines. That will make sense to many.

Esse hotel é maravilhoso... existe uma quantidade enorme de piscinas e atividades para os jovens e crianças. A decoração é especial e realmente diferenciada para quem gosta de rock. We Will Be Back!

HUGE property with a ton of pools, incredible Beach not to mention all the Pool Bars. (A few swim up as well. Pick from the active, pool scene to the chill and relax pool scene.

Ótimo atendimento em todo o Hotel, excelente estrutura .... melhores restaurantes são o Toro, Isla, Caffetto (24 hs).... a comida do Ciao e ótima mas o atendimento não... Melhor piscina Bongos Pool

Ótimo resort, amplo! Comida boa - nada assim “óóó”... várias piscinas (inclusive uma só pra adultos - a Eden). A praia (Macao) não é das melhores - tem ondas

Awesome rooms. Huge hotel with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Food is so so. Loved the casino and the zip line excursion.

Like the place, only draw back is that trolley you have to take everywhere because it’s a huge place. Loved that they have entertainment for all ages. Good customer service.

Best restaurants are toro (try the rib eye! With jacket and sour cream) ZEN and ipanema for Brazilian meats cooked beautifully.. Pizza place is dire.. Italian so so and Mexican a let down.

I've never experienced service like this before. The Dominican people are nothing less than inspiring. Always happy, eager to help, ever attentive, very kind. Hotel awesome. Theatre blech. Food great.

El mejor hotel en que me he hospedado, es un verdadero all inclusive, personal siempre atento, el minibar siempre lleno, habitaciones para sentirse como un rock star, no necesitas salir a nada

Ciao Restaurant - ask for Teofilo(Teo), Edgar & Alfredo- they are the "A" team! Fast, smart, entertaining, nice, and they speak pretty much every language known to man!

Try the Churrasco at The Market for dinner, so delish! Luis and Ariel were our waiters there, they were great! Also try the Orange ice cream at the Ice Cone tastes like an Orange Julius!

hotel was great, but watch out when you try to book tours at the website like I did. If you do, wait til you get to the hotel to book! I booked with Brahman Tours and they never got in touch with us!

Es muuuy chulo, solo que la única descoteca que tienes disponible es un disparate y la buen que es la oro hay que pagar y por fiesta siempre sera un costo diferente y la bebidas súper cara.

Excelente Hotel en todos los sentidos, un poco grande :/, lo unico que deben mejorar es la señal de los teléfonos móviles porque se la pasan en EDGE y se calientan buscando señal.

Beware the sand fleas on the beach at night and early morning, or right after rain. Your feet/legs will get all bitten up. Don't bring your towels back to your room!

For breakfast go to the market restaurant. Lunch is great in El Toro. For dinner check out the Isla and don't miss the live cooking in the Zen

The spa is simply amazing. The pre-treatment pool, shower, steamroom, etc. are off the charts! Do show up 1 hour before your appointment to enjoy everything.

Head for the Eden pool a couple of times during your stay. It's like a boutique pool within a resort and a welcome rest-bite.

If you play guitar, go to the main lobby and look for a fender booth, you can lend a guitar for 2 days free of charge to play in your room!

This was the location of our Family Vacation in 2011. The entire show was broadcast from the resort. Being in Punta Cana makes waking up early a whole lot easier! Visit the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino!
