Do not park in the neighborhoods near KFC, unless you wanna get rid of your car. ;-)
Plan an hour & 30 minutes to get through traffic from the 405 AND Pico the first 2 weeks, or you'll definitely be late to class. Parking is another war on its own. Good luck. ;-)
