Kazy • Ağustos 13, 2019熟成練り醤油らーめん(並盛) 700円。平打ちの太縮れ麺160g(同料金の大盛は240g)。箸で掴むと崩れるほど柔らかいチャーシュー、多めの茹でキャベツ、辛ネギ、大判の海苔。7時間かけて抽出した塩味の鶏白湯スープ。中央にトッピングされたペースト状の練り醤油をよく溶いて完成する。練り醤油は、醤油・野菜・焼きアジを約1時間煮込んだもの。他店に類似するものがあまりない、オリジナリティある一杯。
