    INSANELY spread out. Give yourself +30-40 minutes. Shuttle to tram to this weird elevated bus on the Tarmac. I walked over 1.6 miles from door to plane.

    Nice. The C/D terminal needs to be rebuilt because it is too small for the huge numbers of passengers using the C/D terminal.

    5 Guys Burgers near gate A5. Almost ad good as In-N-Out. Fries are better. Try the grilled hot dog.
