Sun pods come open mid afternoon. Sneak out of the cabanas around three to snatch one. Then take your nap after you swim up for your daiquiri.
Drinks not cheap but rec the "Provo popper", the "palms passion fruit margarita" and the "palms blue passion" from the bar.
You can literally walk 1/2 way around the country if you walk to the tip of the cay. I think you can almost see Cuba too. From regent palms it's about 7m round trip. Cool rocks and swimming at end.
Get a huge pitcher of rum punch along with the conch salad (freshest on the land)and conch combo (fritters, cracked conch, rice n peas).
Get here on a Thursday night for the dancing and music night. While there, get a giant pitcher of rum punch and multiple orders of conch fritters!
The "dirty banana" drink is a huge drink. Fish sliders and jerk chicken wings very solid too. Edamame has cayenne pepper on it. Lips beware.
Fish taco is excellent. Liked the jerk chicken sandwich too. Nice place for lunch near the beach. Recommended.
The "bay" something drink with Kahlua is fantastic. The smoked tuna and conch wontons are great apps too.
Bring your patience & sunny disposition from you great stay when you sadly depart island. Departure is rustic, packed & VIP lounge is farcical when VIPs are packed face to face talking on iPhones.
Also ladies, use the rest room well before check in. B room has long line & questionable cleanliness. Get to airport 2-3 hrs early to be safe. Upstairs has sun drenched "viewing lounge".
