If you want to sign up for swim classes, make sure you're a member, and ask the desk when signups get posted. They literally fill up in hours.
Winson Ch'ngNisan 23, 2013Packed most of the time but still able to find a machine or a class. Works well with my back up when stuck in work late or when I'm off early! Step class give you rock ass abs!

looking for a trainer? I recommend giving Jason a try. knowledgable and attentive. An athlete himself he knows the right way to get fit.
Tuesday nite Zumba class is the best. Jenn, the instructor is amazing.
