Great old record store from the movie "before sunrise". Lady working there was super nice and offered photos and had a good conversation and even offered a discount. Wonderful experience!

Very middle of the road diner. They change what they have each time so if you're craving something they may not have it. But it is cheap and tasty. Avoid lunch time. Its busy.

This is the place to eat to truly feel latvian. Recommend the cheap buckwheat, salad bar where you can stuff whatever you want on and the chicken croquettes. Soup is affordable here too.

Very hip place. The jamon is delicious and the coffee is quite good. Very small and usually busy so you'll be hard pressed to find a seat.

Greatest park in the whole world. Come here in summer when the sun is setting for amazing light. The palacio de cristal is an amazing sight.
