Their coffee is great! Their customer service is less than great. The baristas look me up and down and roll their eyes before I even order. I've never been greeted with a smile or even a "hello".
Busiest hours are typically 7a-12p, mostly on the weekends. Don't use the drive through if you have a big order or placed a mobile order. Always remember your baristas are people too. Be kind.
